A menu bar app that lists the Macs on your network that are asleep and wakes any of them with one click. It knocks through the HomePod or Apple TV that holds a sleeping Mac's place on the network, and sends a Wake-on-LAN packet too. Put it on every Mac and they quietly swap the details they need to wake each other.

A Mac app that sends pictures from Apple Photos straight to any of your Aura digital photo frames. Share, pick a frame, done. Or point it at an album and it keeps that album synced to a frame in the background, so new pictures show up on the wall without anyone remembering to send them.

A cold drive is a safe drive.

Time Machine backups on a drive that stays ejected the rest of the time. Waddle wakes up on schedule, mounts the drive, runs the backup, and ejects it again. Dock the laptop and macOS remounts that drive on its own, so Waddle quietly unmounts it too, and the drive is already safe to leave behind when you unplug and go.
